Carriers
All of our carriers work flawlessly with proximity kitchensystem® standard countertops and cutting boards. They are frames that carry steam table pans (see Vessels), which come in a wide variety of universal sizes and depths and hold food before and after it has been washed or prepped. The Carriers ride on the edge of the sink basin and slide below the cutting board.
